How much does this offer cost?
There is a one off administration fee of $500.00 plus gst to have the offer made on your property. If we purchase the property there are no real estate commissions, we are not real estate agents - this sale is treated as a private sale. You will however be expected to pay for your legal fees and settlement costs.
How much will you offer for my property?
We will offer an upfront purchase price of at least 80% of your properties registered valuation. The valuation must be obtained by you and must be made by a registered valuer approved by us.
Can I accept a better offer?
Yes, during the 90 day period you are welcome to accept any higher offer on the property. You can even decide not to take our offer even after we have made it!
What sort of property qualifies?
Any property will be considered and must qualify for an offer from us. If an offer is not made then the administration fee is refunded in full.
Who supplies the valuation on the property?
We expect you to obtain a registered valuation from a qualified valuer and approved by us for us to make an offer on your property.
What benefits do I as the seller have by your offer?
